Penstocks
Since
1980 the plant
”Molot” is
conducted
manufacture of
penstocks.
Universal
penstocks with
manual and the
electric drive (common
industrial
execution and
dust-ignition-proof
construction),
stop beams (penstocks
without a drive),
are intended for
overlapping
trays, apertures
in locks, for
overlapping
sediment boxes
in emergencies,
and also in case
of repairs.
Can be used in
any sewer
constructions (primary
and secondary
radial sediment
bowls,
pump-houses,
methane-tanks
and so forth),
systems of water
supply, drainage
system and
irrigation, etc.
For present time
it is mastered
output of any
standard sizes
of penstocks,
and also
updatings "ХТ" –
which are proof
to influence of
excited
environments (sea
water,
sewage-purification
facilities ,
channels of
metallurgical
and chemical
combines, mine
waters) .
It is conducted
the permanent
job on
modernization of
a design of
penstocks,
application of
progressive
materials.
It is developed
the design of
sealing of the
penstock,
allowing to use
it in places
with reversible
streams of
liquids is
developed, the
way of the wedge
lock for greater
tightness is
improved, the
scheme of
installation
without
application of
concrete and
improvement is
tested.
Considering
wishes of
designers
emergency
opening
penstocks,
bypass penstocks,
penstocks with a
semicircular
baffle are
introduced in a
batch production.
Simplicity of a
design,
installation,
durability, the
low prices, the
minimal terms of
manufacturing,
guarantee of
undisturbed
operation have
allowed to use
successfully
penstocks of JSC"
Plant " Molot "
on various
constructions of
Ukraine, CIS
countries and
far abroad.
