building

construction in
an intense

For manufacture
of anchors are
used only the
qualitative
certificated
materials, on
each party from
10 products the
passport stands
out.
All stages of
manufacture are
supervised by
field
supervision. At
will of the
customer it is
possible to
manufacture
anchor under his
drawings.
Tamping static
trailed roller.
Tamping static
trailed roller
is intended for
compression of
firm household
waste by a
method of
consolidation
grouting. The
basic purpose of
a skating rink
is compressing
household waste
on depth 30-60cm
layer-by-layer.
The principle of
work of tamping
static trailed
roller consists
in the
following: at
initial
compression of
household waste
the pressure
upon weight is
transferred from
cams and from
space between
them (thus
specific
pressure will be
the least). In
process of
increasing
consistency of
the soil only
cams are
intervened (in
this case
specific
pressure will be
maximal). Cams
are settled down
in staggered
order, at the
rate of 13
pieces on 1 m2.
The correlation
of length of a
cam to diameter
of a roll is
1:8. Tamping
roller
compresses
weight of
household waste
with serial
passes from edge
to the middle of
a sealing
surface with
overlapping the
next strip on
0,25 m.
The tamping
roller does not
require regular
maintenance
service. In case
of need bearings
should be
greased with
lubrication УС2
GOST 10335-75.
The design and
applied
materials
provide reliable
work of a roller
without carrying
out of
preventive
repair at its
work during
guarantee
period.

which cams are
welded. The roll
is fixed on an
axis and rotates
in the bearings
established on a
frame (2). The
inside cavity of
cams is filled
with a ballast (sand
5 m3 or rubble

frame of a
skating rink is
a comb (3) for
clearing cams.
